About Us

Shri Anil Bharti started his political career in 1982 and worked as Private Secretary with Shri Surya Narayan Yadav, Ex M.P., and also worked with Shri Sukhdev Paswan, Ex. MP and Shri Arvind Chaturvedi, Senior Politician. He also worked under the leadership of Dr Subramanian Swamy in Janata Party from Block Level to National Level as General Secretary.

He fought election in 1993 on a Janata Party ticket from Sakurbasti Vidhan Sabha and in 1996 for Lok Sabha from Chandni Chowk constituency. After dissolution of the party of Dr Subramanian Swamy on 3rd November 1999, the leadership of the party was handed over to Shri Anil Bharti. Shri Bharti formed a new party called Rashtravadi Janta Party and on 13th January 2003 the Election Commission of India accorded approval for a National Level party.

Being the newly elected young president of Rashtravadi Janta Party, Shri Bharti fought the election for the 2004 Lok Sabha from Outer Delhi constituency. He fought the Lok Sabha election again from Purnia Bihar Constituency, and though he lost he did not lose heart and continues struggling for the poor people in society.

Shri Bharti worked closely with very strong and senior leadership in Bihar such as Shri Ram Vilas Paswan, Shri Nitish Kumar, Shri Lalu Prasad Yadav, Shri Sukhdev Paswan and Dr Subramanian Swamy. He is a man of principle, struggling to achieve his vision for the poorest of the poor and to make India economically ahead.

He says that the meaning of politics is not getting power but working for the people of the country. Shri Bharti said that those who work hard are never defeated, and that knowledge does not come from eating almonds but from struggle.
